Creative Release Workshop

The Creative Release Workshop is about connecting with your inner world, finding freedom through play, and letting art hold space for healing.

Mira Mira is graciously sponsoring this community centered workshop designed to allow us all to tap into our emotions in a playful way and invite us all to create without boundaries or pressure. We will move in three phases; loosen up, drop in, and let our creativity move through us.

We’ll begin together with mindful breathwork and gentle movement to land in our bodies. From there, I’ll guide you into my latest favorite mindful creative practice, Scribble Art. It’s simple, intuitive, and completely free of rules. Let your hand move, see what emerges, and explore where color, form, and imagination want to take you. You might find shapes, stories, or just enjoy the meditative act of filling space.

This is more about expression than skill. Maybe you haven’t touched art supplies since grade school or maybe you’ve been making art your whole life. Either way, you’ll feel right at home.

Bring: just yourself and your curiosity. Materials will be provided but please do bring your own preferred supplies! No paints please (no mess left behind! :)

Cost: This first workshop is free. Donations are encouraged to help replenish materials for the next workshop.
