Topics covered in this course

The Problem Solving Method

You’ll generate some creativity during the session by tapping into the creative-problem-solving process and its components. You’ll become familiar with what a ‘problem’ is (a situation that merits a solution) and then you’ll learn about six steps for solving it.

Gathering Information

In this session we encourages the participant to know the process of problem solving. Other things include source of information for diagnosing any disease and as well the question asked and the diagnosis methods.

Defining the Problem

In this session participants will examine why problem solving is necessary, as well as the importance of having a defined issue to actively address.

Preparing for Brainstorming

In this session learn how to recognise creative blocks, and how to work around them. You will also learn ways to boost your creativity by adding fuel to your imagination!

Generating Solutions

In this session participants have access to resources and information that helps them sharpen their problem-solving skills. Boost your skill set with techniques that can help you craft effective solutions!

Analysing Solutions

This session supports thinking and analysis and breaks down the process of problem solving into something achievable. So by breaking down the distinction between wants and needs, people can be encouraged to build an action plan.

Choosing a Solution

Over the course of this session you’ll get the chance to look at the components of our analysis and then use one of my favourite tools, Pairwise Comparison Analysis which will allow us to make a selection of a preferred solution. Make better decisions. Here’s all you need to know.

Planning Your Next Moves

In this session we will dig into the analysis. Introducing a tool called Paired Comparison Analysis which can help to determine the best choice. Learn how this tool works to decide what’s the best way to deliver a successful project.

Documenting Lessons Learned

Turning the acquired knowledge into action, participants will be well equipped to deal with any challenges that they might encounter.

Wrapping Up the Workshop
