Creative Power - Retrieving the Self into Creation
This new series of workshops invites us to expand our capacity to create and embrace the creative potential of our souls.
Through the Intuitive Arts, Shamanic Journeys and the help of Mother Nature, we will retrieve our abilities as creators. We will call back the gifts of the Painter, the Dancer, the Writer, and the Singer within. Together, we will remember the ancient role of the arts and restore the natural creative flow of life inside our being. We all carry an artist within who wishes to emerge and express himself through colours, words, sound, or movement. When we overcome limitations and restrictions in these creative areas, we can expand our lives and perceptions of who we are.
The workshops will explore several intuitive art modalities (painting, drawing, writing, movement and sound). The events are open to all levels and experiences.
ABOUT ELISA
Elisa is the founder of Creativeflow Arts and the Inner Light Healing Studio. She is an intuitive artist, therapist, and teacher based in Edinburgh. She studied Fine Arts & Children's Books Illustrations between Turin and London and trained in Energy Healing, Shamanism & Meditation in Scotland. Her practice is nature-based and focuses on awakening the heart and the creative energy within. Elisa's work aims to support and facilitate a deep process of self-discovering, empowerment, and healing. She holds the space with love, kindness, and care, allowing the creative process to unfold by simply facilitating its journey.

Donations: Suggested donation between £5 and £25 according to financial means. We would like Planetary Healing work to be inclusive and accessible to all, therefore, if you are not able to donate and need a FREE space, please feel free to book.
NOTE: If you book and do not show up without providing a reason, it might impact your ability to book with us in the future.
WHERE: Meet at the Salisbury Centre: 2 Salisbury Road, EH16 5AB
WEATHER: We will be cosy in the Art room and will have access to the garden.
EMAIL REMINDER: You will get an email reminder of your event 3 days before it. Please make sure you add [email protected] to your email address book or safe senders list. Also keep a regular eye on your inbox and spam folders as sometimes our emails end up there. This way you won't miss out on any important updates regarding your booking.
NOTE: On your arrival, please feel free to let us know your preferred pronouns (e.g. he/him, she/her, they/them) and what name you would like us to refer to you by.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Space is limited, so if for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know asap, so we can free up the space for others on the waiting list. Due to the amount of work involved, donations are non-refundable.
WHAT TO BRING: We will provide art materials, tea and cups. If your group is 3 hours or longer, please bring a packed lunch.
PHOTOS: Occasionally we take group pictures for promotions, reports, funders, newsletter and social media. If you would prefer not to be in the picture, please communicate this to the facilitator on arrival.
CAR SHARE: We recommend car share and lifts between friends and participants as much as possible.
PARKING: There are hourly paid parking spaces near the Salisbury Centre.
