Creative Poetry Sound Bath

About this Event

In this workshop, you'll get a moment to allow our creative juices to flow. We will begin class with aromatherapy and breathwork, moving into a sound bath where students will have time to write and create poetry (or any other form of art) on a topic of their choosing, and conclude the class by sharing our pieces with our fellow souls and discussing the beauty of our creative work. Please bring your own journal and writing utensil. You are welcome to bring your own topic to class or draw from a bowl of creative topics that will be available.
