Creative Play Space for Women

Join us for an easy-going morning of playful creativity and discover, restore or simply recharge your creative mojo. We'll start with some relaxation for those who want to clear their mind of everyday clutter. You can choose between yoga breathing or a nature walk in the park or you might prefer to just chill out in our cosy reading nook. Kate will then run a drop-in session in the crafting corner where you can make your own Winter journal capturing the beauty of the season using simple but effective nature rubbings and word spirals. Jane will introduce a fun group rhythm activity using just the voice showing how together we can make an amazing sound. Absolutely no prior experience or skill necessary: the focus throughout is on having fun and not worrying about making mistakes. We’ll finish with some general tips for looking after your creativity, and some everyday creativity prompts to take home with you.
