Tell your friends and drop on by!Come freely express and deeply connect in this InterPlay Class where you will explore movement, storytelling, and music through improvisational, community fun in partnership with BodyConnect Facilitation. Enjoy play in community! Explore InterPlay practice & philosophy.
Cost is $10/session. Scholarship available if you're unable to pay.

Example outline of session:
Greeting and hangout
Intro to InterPlay - We do this for ourselves! No way to "mess up"!
Paired sharing (short Q&A in partners)
Body warm-up with stretching and shaking
Guided movement activity including running, walking, & stopping
Group sharing in a circle, starting with whatever is on your mind
Partially guided movement with the hands only, to music
Movement play in a circle, passing the gesture and sound around
Sound play warm up, making vowel and consonant sounds
Small, repeatable song with layered improvisational sound play
Gratitudes and take-aways
Upcoming InterPlay sessions & open share of community events
Resource requests or offers
Official end
Optional photo shoot: bonus 5 minutes of InterPlay
