Join coach Sophia for this workshop that is designed to encourage a more theatrical, expressive, and character-driven approach to routine creation. Students will explore unconventional transitions, entrances, and exits on their apparatus while developing artistry and stage presence. We’ll also cover improvisation techniques specific to each apparatus to help students build confidence, creativity, and unique performance quality.
