Open to all abilities, this class lets you progress at your own pace and is designed to promote a positive impact on your health, fitness, and over wellbeing.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP LEADER:
Creative Movement is led by Lucy Hartland-Mann, a dance graduate from Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. Lucy specialises in community dance, movement, and circus.
