What to expect: Creative Meditation DIY Tree Spirits is an opportunity to explore and play within your own imagination while quieting the chatter of the busy mind and engaging with the calm energy of your creative spirit in a therapeutic setting.
For this workshop we will be creating our own Tree Spirits. Tree Spirits honor our connection to nature as well as signify our space as a safe and welcoming spot for all of Mother Earth's inhabitants, the ones that are seen and unseen. These happy little creatures will live in our yards and gardens so we will be using natural materials to create them. All supplies will be provided for you. You just bring your imagination and inner child. This will be an immersive experience engaging all your senses. We will do a short meditation and breath work to get your mind and body in a place to relax. I will provide meditative sounds in the form of binaural beats and mellow aromatherapy. We will be surrounded by the peace and beauty of the greenhouse. You will leave with a unique piece of artwork that was created by your authentic self while also engaging with your inner child.
This workshop is not about doing it “right.” It is all about creating art for art’s sake and leaving the stresses of life at the door and connecting to your creative spirit. You deserve it. I look forward to sharing space with you. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email.
