Creative Life Writing Workshop - Explore your memories through your senses

Join us for an exciting and interactive Creative Life Writing Workshop - on Saturday 13th July 2024 at Orchard Square, Sheffield.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to get into writing, as well as people with more experience. It's designed to open your creativity, and I guarentee that by the end of the workshop, you will have written something!

I will guide you thorugh several quick exercises that are designed to stimulate your memories and your writing via the senses. What memories does the sense of touch bring to us? The softness of a blanket or the feeling of stone on our fingertips? What can taste and smell evoke? This workshop will be fun and fast-moving and will be relevant for all writers, including those who are working on memoirs or autobiographies.

You will also be able to join us via Zoom (you will have to provide your own smells, tastes and textures though!)
