Creative Journaling- writing, drawing, reflecting

This is a gentle, guided workshop designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself through creative journaling.

We’ll explore a mix of writing, simple affirmations and intuitive drawing, all in a relaxed, supportive space with no pressure to “get it right.”

You don’t need any experience in writing or art. This isn’t about being good at something, it’s about giving yourself time, space and a moment to pause.

The session will include:

• a short grounding exercise to help you settle in
• guided journaling prompts
• creating your own personal affirmations
• intuitive, expressive drawing (no skills needed)

Everything is gentle and optional, you’re always free to take it at your own pace.

• optional sharing at the end

A small, cosy group (around 6–8 people), a calm atmosphere and a welcoming space where you can simply be yourself.

Tea and a relaxed environment will be provided to help you unwind.

Nothing is required- just yourself.
