A creative journey of music, movement, writing, and nature to reconnect with your inner world and awaken your intuitive voice.
About this Event

What to Expect

Step into a spacious, supportive environment where creativity becomes a tool for deep connection.

You’ll be guided through a poetic deep dive — weaving together music, movement, and expressive writing — to help you drop beneath the surface and listen inward. Through journaling and shared reflection, you’ll be invited to explore your inner world and awaken your intuitive voice.

The second part of the experience invites you into gentle interaction with the natural world. Through mindful observation, creative exploration, and expressive nature-based art, you’ll use the outdoors as a mirror for self-expression. Let your intuition lead, allow nature to inspire, and reconnect with your inner compass — the part of you that always knows the way.

What the Workshop Includes

  • Poetry Deep Dive – guided writing with music, movement, and intuitive prompts
  • Meditation & Stillness – gentle grounding practices to connect inward
  • Creative Expression – journaling, art-making, and playful exploration
  • Nature Connection – time outdoors to reflect, gather, and create
