Creative Healing Experience

A guided meditation will ease you in at the start of the evening, followed by a beautiful and creative workshop. Octobers workshop will be creating a vibrant poppy using oil pastels. No artistic talent or drawing skills are needed, just an enthusiasm and desire to enjoy the process of making an image using and mixing beautiful colours. The evening will conclude (after refreshments) with a group Reiki practice, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed .

Each person will leave with something beautiful they have created as well as feeling more connected, inspired and whole.

Whether you're seeking greater calm, creative inspiration, emotional balance, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, you are invited to pause, breathe, create and grow.
