Calling all creatives -Santa Fe's artists, dreamers, healers and activists who are feeling stuck or needing extra support and nurturance!
It can be easy to close our hearts because of disappointment, rejection, hurt, scarcity, and/or grief. And although it is natural at times to shut down in order to care for ourselves, long periods of closure can begin taking a negative toll on our creativity, mental and physical health. Such closure can cause us to lose sight of our greater connection and love light.
Together during this sweet and reflective evening we will practice ways to nourish and open our hearts to deep healing through open conversation, sharing, and practices. All are welcome.
This circle is facilitated by Mary Nicosia. Mary has been teaching and facilitating groups for over 20 years. She is a writer, astrologer and practices traditional medicine. She teaches transpersonal and energy classes at The Sun, the Star, the Moon, llc and is a long time apprentice of HeatherAsh Amara. She has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
