CREATIVE HEALING A Mindfulness, Sound & Intuitive Painting Experience
About this Event
Pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself during this peaceful two-hour creative healing experience led by Marluz.
Combining mindfulness, guided meditation, sound healing, and intuitive painting, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to relax, turn inward, and express yourself freely through color and creativity.
During the workshop, Marluz will guide you through:
• A gentle mindfulness meditation to help you envision your own peaceful inner landscape
• A soothing sound bowl experience to deepen relaxation and reflection
• A guided transition into painting, with encouragement to release expectations and let go of perfection
• Unhurried time for intuitive painting accompanied by calming music
• A gentle closing reflection to complete the experience
No artistic experience is necessary. Your painting does not need to look a certain way or become a finished work of art. This experience is about enjoying the process, expressing what arose during your meditation, and giving yourself permission to create without judgment.
Whether you are seeking relaxation, creative renewal, or simply a meaningful way to reconnect with yourself, you are warmly invited to join us.
