About this Event
Join us for a creative and reflective session exploring the themes of letting go, growth and transition as we move into our wintering phase.
We’ll begin with a short grounding and relaxation exercise, led by our tutor Amy, before taking some time for self-reflection. You’ll be invited to consider the elements of your life and environment that you are ready to let go of, as well as those you would like to nurture and grow moving forwards.
During the creative session, we’ll explore these themes by creating a personal tree using a variety of art materials. The leaves will represent the things we wish to shed, while the roots will symbolise the elements we want to strengthen and grow as we move positively into our wintering phase.
Amy will guide you through the creative prompt and offer support with techniques and materials throughout the session.
We’ll close with an optional opportunity to share your creative work and reflections with the group, followed by an open discussion.
No previous creative experience is needed — just come as you are and explore what wintering means for you.
