Beschreibung: Dieser interaktive Workshop bietet Teilnehmende die Möglichkeit, ihre kreativen Fähigkeiten im Schreiben, Sprechen und Performen zu entfalten. Die Teilnahme ist unabhägig von Vorerfahrungen oder bisherigen Berührungspunkten mit Poese oder Spoken Word möglich. Kreativer Ausdruck in allen Sprachen ist willkommen. Der Workshop findet auf Deutsch und Englisch statt und wird von Jasmin Namondo Uffenbrink und Furat Abdulle organisiert.

Impulse Poetry:
Impulse Poetry ist eine kreative Plattform und Spoken Word Community, die sich darauf fokussiert, durch verschiedene Veranstaltungsformate Räume und Bühnen für BPoC (Black, People of Color) zu schaffen. Die Vision von Impulse Poetry liegt darin, die Kraft der Kunstform Spoken Word zu feiern, Künstler*innen zu unterstützen und in Gemeinschaft die Kreativität und Ausdruckskraft vielfältiger Stimmen zu feiern.
Veranstaltungen im Rahmen des Go WEST Festivals spiegeln dieses Engagement wider und bieten BPoC Künstler*innen und Teilnehmenden eine Plattform, um sich künstlerisch auszudrücken und in gemeinsamen Austausch zu treten. Durch die Kooperation mit dem Güneş Theater und die Teilnahme am Go West Festival möchte Impulse Poetry das Erleben der transformativen Kraft von Spoken Word Kunst teilen.

Description: This interactive workshop offers participants the opportunity to develop their creative skills in writing, speaking, and performing. Participation is open to everyone, regardless of prior experience or previous exposure to poetry or spoken word. Creative expression in all languages is welcome. The workshop will be held in German and English and is organized by Jasmin Namondo Uffenbrink and Furat Abdulle.

Impulse Poetry: Impulse Poetry is a creative platform and spoken word community focused on creating spaces and stages for BPoC (Black, People of Color) through various event formats. The vision of Impulse Poetry is to celebrate the power of the spoken word art form, support artists, and together, in community, celebrate the creativity and expressive power of diverse voices.

Events as part of the Go WEST Festival reflect this commitment and offer BPoC artists and participants a platform to express themselves artistically and engage in mutual exchange. Through collaboration with Güneş Theater and participation in the Go West Festival, Impulse Poetry aims to share the experience of the transformative power of spoken word art.
