Our Sunday Selfcare classes rekindle by embracing Creative Flow. A somatic movement, breathwork & intuitive painting workshop by Anna-Marie Babington and Manja Herlt Podratz. We start with gentle movement, free flowing while encouraging introspection, follow by guided breathwork to center, to open space in your belly and heart. Then pick up the brushes and let colors flow intuitively on an empty canvas, waiting for you to make it yours. No prior yoga or art experience needed.
