Creative Flow: A Workshop
In this -hour Creative Flow workshop, Angelica introduces the concept of flow and shares practical breathwork techniques for accessing creative flow states. Drawing from years of creative practice across visual art and music-making, she'll show you how breath can shift your state, what flow actually looks like in action, and how working with physical tools and creative practices supports staying present and engaged. You'll leave with breathing techniques you can use immediately to reconnect with yourself and the joy and freedom in your creative work.

What's Included:

• Teaching on flow states and the conditions that support them
• Live creative flow demonstration using hardware synthesizers and acoustic instruments
• Grounding breathwork practices
• Group discussion and Q&A
• Full Breathwork for Creatives session to reach altered states + catharsis

What to Bring:
- Water
- A journal/notebook
- Comfortable clothing

Contraindications:
This breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, or a history of psychosis. If you're unsure, please reach out before the session.
