Whether through movement, meditation, art, or brainstorming, this event will empower attendees to harness their creative potential in a supportive and uplifting environment. Please feel welcome to bring something you have created whether poetry, artwork, work that you've done, or anything related to creativity. Everyone will have the opportunity to share. We will have sound bowl healing and light bites.
