A Creative Movement class series for people of all ages who dance in any mode or style, at any level, and want to:● explore a kinesthetic-sensory approach to dance
● delight in awakening your creativity through individual and group dances
● enjoy the artistic rigor of balancing freedom and discipline in modern dance
● experience life more vibrantly as part of an artistic community

Mettler's work explored the roots of movement expression to make dance available to everyone. As Barbara Mettler was, the local community is committed to fairness and the social justice principles of inclusion and diversity. She envisioned dance as an integrative activity where everyone is respected and relied upon to contribute to the creative process. A truly artful and imaginative approach to awakening and engaging the whole person, it’s excellent foundational work for dancers, athletes, and anyone interested in increasing movement potential. www.dancecreative.org
