Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. is hosting the 3rd Annual Re(turn) To The River Festival - a weekend-long arts & music event in the Monroe North neighborhood that celebrates our beautiful Grand River parks along our riverwalk. The Creative Cube will be hosting festival-goers with hands-on art and creative play activities.
