Through guided music, simple singalongs, and collaborative sound-making, we’ll explore the joy of using your voice—no experience necessary. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, braver, and more in tune with yourself and others.

Each session provides:

• Educational Content to explore themes like self-expression, stress management, and navigating challenges with creativity and courage.
• Group Discussions to foster connection, share experiences, and build mutual support.
• Approachable Arts Activities led by facilitators (and occasional guest artists/co-facilitators), using creative exercises such as journaling, movement, visual arts, or storytelling to deepen self-awareness and promote healing.
