Come and join us for this creative gathering a "Creative Counsel" where we will invite you to use your imagination and create images through movement, writing, sound and visual art. The process of making art carries a long list of benefits including, but not limited to, lowering stress , creating joy, and a more purpose driven life. NO PREVIOUS ART EXPERIENCE is necessary! We are all creative! Creativity is a birth right and we can support each other by discovering the transformative power making art can have on our lives.
