Using Metacognitive drawing, Heart Coherence Meditation, Red Thread Circle Connects, and Medicine Painting techinques along with somatic movement beak outs we find Art Heals, Your Heart Knows the Way Home!</h5>

Using Heart Coherence Meditation techinques, journaling helps us open our hearts to information and healing. We connect in circle with a simple talisman called The Red Thread, witnessing our new friends in class, or come as a group of friends to deepen connection. This informal circle has been a wonderful spiritual addition to these teachings. We all have wisdom to share!
