Join Erickson Coaching International in Madrid for Creative Confidence in Coaching, an interactive community workshop led by Erickson Alumna Pilar Navarro.
This evening is an invitation to explore creativity not as something reserved for artists, but as a resource we can draw on to see more possibilities, shift perspectives, and approach conversations in new ways.
Through reflection, conversation, and practical exploration, we’ll get curious about how creative confidence can support the way we coach, communicate, and create meaningful change.

Together, we’ll create space to:
- Explore the connection between creativity and coaching
- Look at familiar situations from new perspectives
- Experiment with ways to bring greater curiosity and possibility into conversations
- Exchange ideas and insights with others in the room
- Leave with reflections you can continue exploring beyond the workshop
👥 Who Is This For?
Everyone is welcome.
This workshop is for Erickson Alumni and current learners, as well as coaches from the wider community, professionals interested in personal and professional development, and anyone curious about coaching.
You don’t need to be a coach or have previous coaching experience to join.
If you’ve been wondering what solution-focused coaching is like, this is an opportunity to experience it in person and meet members of the Erickson community in Madrid.
✨ Meet Your Facilitator — Pilar Navarro
Pilar Navarro is an Erickson Alumna whose professional journey has taken her across different companies, sectors, and countries.
Three themes have become particularly important in her work and development: education, creativity, and personal growth.
She sees learning as a way to continually expand our perspectives, and creativity as a deeply human capacity to imagine and create something new. Alongside her professional career, Pilar became a professional coach as part of her own search for greater purpose and a desire to support others in creating meaningful change.
In this workshop, she brings these worlds together and invites us to explore what creative confidence can make possible in coaching.
