Creative Collaborations: Spring Edition – Artist Meet-Up

Mission:

This event is designed to connect Twin Cities creatives in a fully immersive studio setting. Co-hosted by Let's Create and Creative Collaborations MPLS, this event provides a space for networking, portfolio development, and building lasting creative relationships. From behind the scenes to live on set, this is all about growth, creativity, and building a strong network.

Who This Event Is For:

Photographers, models, designers, jewelry artists, lighting enthusiasts, small business owners, and everyone in between. The Creative Collaborations community is made up of more than just photographers and models—we want everyone to feel included.

What to Expect:

✨ Themed sets curated by Creative Directors, complete with props and lighting
✨ Rotate through multiple stations to capture a variety of looks
✨ Social hour (first hour) to mix, mingle, and connect with fellow creatives
✨ Live DJ @minnieblanco setting the vibe
✨ Summing Spring theme bringing the energy of renewal and creation
✨ Open collaboration between models, photographers, designers, jewelry artists, lighting enthusiasts, and more

Each Creative Director will design their own immersive set so you can walk away with fresh portfolio content and new creative connections.

Ticket Options:

We offer three ticket types to help us balance the event and ensure a great experience for everyone:

1. Model Ticket – For models looking to build their portfolio
2. Photographer Ticket – For photographers looking to create and collaborate
3. Small Business/Creative Ticket – For jewelry artists, designers, boutique owners, and other creatives seeking collaboration

Early Bird Pricing: $15 (ends February 28th, 2026)
Regular Pricing: $20

⚠️ All ticket sales are final. No refunds.

Models:

• Multiple outfit choices to give a variety of looks throughout the space (bathroom on site for changing)
• Any personal props or accessories you'd like to incorporate

Photographers:

• All camera equipment
• Additional lighting if desired (sets will already have lighting, but feel free to bring your own)
• Memory cards and backup batteries

Small Businesses/Creatives (Jewelry Artists, Designers, Boutiques, etc.):

• Tables or racks to display your products
• A system to keep track of your items as models may utilize your products for images
• Business cards or promotional materials
