This one-day studio experience is for anyone with a busy mind who needs space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters.

Using expressive art and Sand Play techniques, you’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals in an intuitive, hands-on way. Working with paint, mark-making, and symbolic objects in sand helps bypass overthinking and tap into your natural intuition—often revealing clarity you didn’t know was there.

There’s no pressure to talk, no analysing, and no need to be “good at art.” Just gentle, creative processes that help you think differently and trust yourself again.

What you’ll do

• Arrive and settle with a grounding check-in
• Explore emotion and energy through splash painting
• Use intuitive doodling and mark-making to express thoughts and mood
• Create a Sand Play scene using symbolic objects to uncover insight and direction
• Follow optional prompts or work freely at your own pace
• Close with a relaxed reflection (sharing is optional)
