We move at a gentle, professional pace. You won’t be asked to perform; you’ll be invited to notice—through simple art, soft breath, and clear steps that help the nervous system settle and the creative self return. Most participants leave each week feeling lighter, clearer, and quietly proud of what they made.
How the 9 weeks work (simple + supportive)
- 4 Online weeks (self-guided): Complete anytime that week (10–60 minutes). Camera-off welcome.
- 5 In-person weeks (Cheltenham): Deep, hands-on workshops in a small group. All materials provided.
- Final week: A gentle, celebratory close with shared reflection.
Where: Online (self-guided) + Cheltenham for in-person sessions (address on confirmation)

Schedule (9 weeks)
In-person workshops run ~2 hours. Online modules are flexible. Final session times are sent in your welcome email.
Through the process of nature weaving, participants gather and work with organic materials to create a tactile woven piece that becomes both a reflective art object and a symbolic anchor. This is not about making perfect art. It is about using creative process, mindfulness, embodiment, and nature-based practice to notice what wants to come together, what resists, and what kind of inner structure can support a more honest life.
This Melbourne creative workshop includes:
- nature connection and intentional gathering of materials
- a guided weaving process exploring joining, resistance, and structure
- reflective journaling on “the quest I have been postponing”
- voice practice to help speak truth before it is polished
- a supportive group sharing circle
- a practical integration prompt: The One Brave Conversation
Participants may discover greater clarity around a truth they are ready to live closer to, create a woven object as a grounding symbol for change, and move toward more confident and embodied expression. The session supports emotional insight, creative reflection, nervous system settling, and personal transformation through art and nature.
This workshop is ideal for people seeking:
- nature-based creative workshops in Melbourne
- art therapy inspired experiences
- mindfulness and self-development events
- women’s circles and reflective group experiences
- full moon workshops and spiritual creativity practices
- embodied healing and personal growth through art
No artistic experience is needed. You do not need to know how to weave, speak beautifully, or have everything figured out. You only need a willingness to arrive, create, and listen to what is ready to be woven into form.
Bridge to the next session:
This event leads into the 06 June online Blindfold Portrait session, which helps loosen performance and perfectionism, preparing the ground for clearer self-expression.
