About this Event
Creative Calm is a super gentle, joy-filled workshop designed for kids aged 5–10 (and their grown-ups too 💛). It’s utterly calming without being boring, creative without any pressure, and inclusive for all attention spans!
We’ll start with one hour of yoga led by Scher, an experienced children’s yogi who specialises in movement, regulation and creating safe, welcoming spaces for all nervous systems. Expect playful movement, grounding moments, breathing tools and plenty of choice, perfect for neurodivergent kids and all curious little humans alike.
After a short break, we’ll flow into an open self led hour of art with Sophie from The Bounce Back Club. Children (and parents!) can:
- Colouring bespoke positive affirmation designs with vocab to lift you up and boost your confidence 🎨
- Trace and decorate calming hand-lettered words ✍️
- Or create their very own Artfirmation using Sophie’s bespoke Kind Words Club templates 💖
Absolutley zero pressure or perfection. Just kind words, colour, creativity and connection... and a lottttt of pens, sparkles and positive energy!
