Let's get together for a creative calm morning, putting into practice the encouragement from our last session on 'Soul Care' - working with our hands to reduce our mental stress. Bring whatever you would like to work on - sketchbook & pencils, watercolours, kitting, crochet etc, mindful colouring, scrapbooking...whatever!
There will be some little crafty supplies on tables and our usual morning tea and kid's program, so come along even if you wouldn't describe yourself as crafty!
As always, $7 per family including a nutritious snack for the kid's in our supervised kid's program.
Check in from 9:45am, parking available on Volum st or across the road in the car park.
