Creative Cacao Meditation with Cara Helene

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine traditionally used in South and Central America for "opening the heart” in sacred ceremony to connect to The Divine within. For people who feel their heart is tired, or that they’re disconnected from what their heart desires, a Cacao Meditation is a beautifully nourishing and supportive space to reconnect to yourself and rejuvenate your heart.

Cara Helene

is the creatrix of The Alkhemaerie, a safe haven she creates with clients to allow them to transform into their divine, wise self, to allow for perspective, shift what isholding them back, and when they are ready, know how to gracefully fly on the winds of change in their lives. A lifetime of working to heal this pain in herself with the usual western medicine and therapy approaches led her to clinical herbalism, dreamwork, traditional healing, and plant spirit medicine. These healing practices led her to her calling to share as much of this wisdom as she can so other souls can come home to themselves too.

About the Event

Using my clinical herbalism experience, I blend other medicinal herbs with the cacao to create a gentle, balanced formula to nourish your heart so it can endure the healing it needs. We’ll be creating a space to sit with a cup of cacao, receive the benefits of nourishing music and healing Koshi chimes, then meditate to connect with your heart (or inner child) to uncover what brings your heart true joy.

Bring a journal to record what you find and be prepared to let your inner child draw about your experience in a judgment-free space (colored pencils will be provided)! I will also teach you a quick meditation exercise for how to work with the emotions that may present themselves during this journey, and we’ll have time to share in the circle what inspiration comes up.

Bring anything that makes you feel extra comfortable, we will provide mats, blankets, and extra props.

Wearing a mask would not be required, but we will follow CDC social distancing guidelines and will have the opportunity to make our event outside on our deck, surrounded with beautiful greenery, if needed.

Payment at the door accepted as well.
