The Creative Aging Network-NC (CAN-NC) is proud to present North Carolina’s first-ever conference on "social prescribing" with its Creative Aging Symposium: Arts for Health: Shaping Our Future taking place on March 26th in Charlotte NC.
Sponsored in part by Southminster this interactive conference will explore the transformative impact of creative engagement on health and well-being highlight the growth of the creative aging field and introduce a framework between the arts and healthcare sectors.

A gathering of thought leaders: Learn best practices identify valuable resources engage in creative sessions and gain insight into the growing practice of "social prescribing."
