CREATION Life is an 8-session lifestyle plan designed to improve your well-being — physically, emotionally and spiritually. Many lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and more can be prevented or improved through this program.
These seminars will be presented in-person and in a virtual workshop format. All sessions are interactive and will include time for your questions and answers.
**Workshop for hospital employees is free and covers all seminar workbooks. Workshop for community fee is $29 and covers all seminar workbooks.
