A monthly class to illuminate the Five Elements

*this will be a 5 part series, attendees are welcome to drop in for one class or sign up for them all
*first Wednesday of each month September - January (final class on *January 8th)
Return to center and watch the fruit ripen to burst and nourish. The earth phase within the creative cycle of the Five Elements offers stability as the fruits of our labor are now ready for consumption. Together we’ll sink into embodying reciprocity in the dynamic movements between offering outward and integrating inward. Creation will coalesce in the earth phase of this class series as we prepare for the harvest. Through meditation, lecture, qi gong, and at-home creative exercises, earth’s noble stability will hold us in this 2-hour class.
The Creation Cycle class series is a tool for anyone participating in acts of creation. Together, we’ll make our way through the philosophy of the Five Elements to witness the enduring cycles of our dear Earth and our own co-creation of the world around us.
Each month, we’ll meet on the first Wednesday and explore a new elemental step in the creative process. Participants are welcome to join all five classes or skip around, depending on their own curiosities.

- Wednesday, November 6, 2024: Fire
- Wednesday, December 4, 2024: Earth
- Wednesday, January 8, 2025: Metal
Participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a notebook and pen.
Patrick Mansfield is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Board-Certified Herbalist. Patrick is currently a Doctoral Fellow of Traditional Asian Medicine at Emperor’s College, where he's focusing his research in the fields of Andrology and Urology. In his free time, Patrick is a volunteer acupuncturist and meditation group facilitator at Being Alive, as well as a program organizer and board member with The Golden Dome School. Patrick also maintains a creative practice that explores the history of alchemy and art.
Ticket Price: $30 - $40 (in-person event only).

REFUND POLICIES
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for PRS events, except in the event of a medical emergency, including but not limited to a positive COVID-19 test.
In the event that PRS is forced to cancel an event entirely, tickets will be refunded or vouchers offered for a rescheduled event.
PARKING
Parking is available in both front lot (entry from Los Feliz Blvd. when heading east) and back lot (entry from first alley way, off Griffith Park Blvd. from intersection with Los Feliz Blvd.), as well as ample street parking on Griffith Park Blvd.
PRS EVENT POLICIES
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
* Events are subject to change without notice, including guest speakers and/or performers.
* We encourage you to arrive at least 30 min. before the scheduled event start time to find parking, enjoy the Bookstore and take your seats.
* Please turn off all mobile devices before the show. Talking and texting are not allowed during the events.
* No filming, audio recording or mobile phone recording of events, screenings, concerts or other programs by audience members is allowed without permission.
* There is no smoking permitted on PRS grounds.
* We strongly encourage guests to wear masks to PRS events to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
* PRS allows Service Animals into the facility under ADA and state guidelines. For further details please visit www.ADA.gov. No animals permitted whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support, under ADA guidelines and CA Health Code.
* Please do not bring outside food or drink into PRS events.
* Weapons are strictly prohibited at PRS events.
