On retreat we stop all forms of business and other activities so as to focus on a particular meditation practice. The retreat conditions at Glenrock Lagoon Scout Camp provide a perfect opportunity to relax, unwind & gain deep experience of meditation. Everyone is welcome.
The topic
Our inner potential is vast and unlimited like a clear, open sky. However, when we get caught up in the busyness of daily life, this inner space is easily obscured by the clouds of scattered thoughts, worries, and concerns.
When we meditate, we learn to access a state of peace and spaciousness within – one that allows us to emotionally reset and bring calm and stability to every area of our life.

On this special weekend course, Resident Teacher Kadam Mick Marcon will guide us through step-by-step meditations to let go of stress and experience a natural state of peace and stillness within. We can live lightly in the face of challenges and difficulties, and develop deep confidence in the power of our own peaceful mind.
