About this Event
You will be exploring how it feels to be you in the world and creating an image that best represents that. Looking beyond how you actually look, together with a group of others you will create an image that speaks to how it feels to be you - whether that's human, animal, or something else altogether. There will be a guided meditation to visualise yourself and then you will proceed into creating a self-portrait.
This is about exploring who we are, how we see ourselves, and enjoying the process. There is no prior artistic experience required.
*the portrait in the event image is by Alberto Giacometti (1901-1966) a Swiss sculptor, painter, draftsman and printmaker.
What You Will Need
Blank paper as well as some art supplies like watercolor paints, pastels, or crayons.
