Creating Sacred Spaces : Ancestor Altars

Our ancestors are the foundation of our being. Without them we would not have life. No matter what spiritual practices we find ourselves in, we have the opportunity and right to connect to our ancestors. Our ancestors stand at the threshold waiting for us to invite them in to support and protect us through life with all its twists and turns.

During this class we will explore what ancestor reverance is. We will learn the step by step process of how to create a sacred ancestor altar. We will learn daily practices to be able to foster our relationship. Learning skills and tools needed to continue to maintian the altar and the growing relationship with our ancestors.
