Creating Landscape Curb Appeal on a Budget

The goal of this course is to provide the tools to add curb appeal to a home in an economical and expedient way. Three different price points will be explored: no cost, small budget, and large budget.

The no cost approach covers basic pruning and tidying of a landscape and lawn. The small budget option combines the no cost approach with mulching and adding annual color near the entryway. The large budget option allows for additional annual color and possible addition or replacement of shrubs.

A horticultural professional, Blake Bennett from Texas A&M, will provide realtors with landscaping knowledge to recommend to clients. Agents will also receive landscape plans they can distribute to clients that will help with design as well as plant selection for different seasons that will create "curb appeal".
