About this Event
Creating Inclusive Cultures
• What is an inclusive culture?
• How do we know if we have an inclusive culture?
• What can we do to create and maintain an inclusive culture?

In our inaugural Inspire-Ring networking event, we invite you to listen to and converse with our local storytellers as we collectively discuss this fascinating, important, and topical subject.

The Inspire-Ring

The Inspire-Ring format encourages interaction in a safe and comfortable environment where the attendees and speakers will take their seats arranged in a circle.

The first storyteller will step to the center of the ring and speak for 5-10 minutes on our topic, and then there will be approx 10 minutes of audience feedback and dialogue. Then the second storyteller will step into the center of the ring and the pattern will continue until all four have relayed their experiences and thoughts on the topic.
