This immersive experience blends the restorative and mindfulness practice of forest bathing with the creation of an art earth altar, allowing you to ground yourself in the beauty and serenity of the natural world.

Workshop Highlights:

• Forest Bathing Experience: Engage in the therapeutic practice of forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku (a mindfulness practice originating in Japan). You will be guided on mindfulness practices to support your process as we slow down, ground and center into our own peace in nature, and open our senses to the vibrant life around us.
• Earth Art Altar Creation: Using elements gathered from nature around us, we will be creating our own earth art altars as part of the forest bathing immersion. This hands-on activity encourages creativity, intention, and a profound appreciation for the natural world. Your altar can offer and express your connection to the earth and serve as a personal space for meditation and reflection. These art creations will not be taken with us, but rather left as gifts of appreciation and honoring of our relationship with our planet.
