Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for small business owners and HR leaders and managers who want to create an inclusive and breastfeeding-friendly workplace.

Is this course CPD accredited?
Yes, this course is CPD accredited and participants will receive a certificate of completion after successfully attending the training.

Can organisations book multiple staff?

Absolutely, but the workshop is for a maximum of 15 participants so you will need book early to avoid dissapointment.

Will refreshments or materials be provided?
Details of any refreshments, course materials, or equipment requirements will be provided before the training.

Is parking avaiiable?

There are two convenient parking options within a short walk. St. John’s Multi-Storey Car Park, located on Swan Street (NN1 1HA), is just a two-minute walk away and provides secure parking with ample spaces.

Alternatively, Morrisons Car Park on Victoria Promenade (NN1 1HB) is a five-minute walk from the building and offers a convenient option for shorter stays

Attendees are responsible for checking the car park location, opening hours, restrictions, charges, and any parking requirements before attending the training. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for parking before the start of the course.

Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations more than 7 days before the course date may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the course date are non-refundable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

What if the course is cancelled or rescheduled?
If we need to cancel or reschedule the course, you will be contacted and offered an alternative date or refund where applicable.
