Creating and Maintaining Healthy Client-Therapist Relationships - In-Person Ethics - 4 CEs

This course equips Licensed Massage Therapists with essential skills to recognize and manage power dynamics within the client–therapist relationship. Through case studies and real-world examples, participants develop competence in addressing transference, countertransference, and dual relationships. Emphasis is placed on ethical awareness, professional boundaries, and empathetic communication to support healthy therapeutic alliances. By deepening understanding of these relational complexities, LMTs enhance clinical judgment, strengthen client trust, and improve overall quality of care.
