Join us for some dynamic, hands-on training designed to help you build and run an effective Tenants or Residents' Association. This event is sponsored by the Westway Trust, through their Transformation funding.

🕘 Morning Session: Learn the essentials—from getting started and attracting members, to setting up your group’s structure and tackling the issues that matter most to your community.

🕑 Afternoon Session: Dive deeper into making democracy work within your association, how to negotiate for change with external stakeholders, and practical strategies to overcome common challenges.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to strengthen an existing group, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to create real impact where you live.
