Creating an LGBTQ+ Welcoming Faith Community Workshop

Many faith communities historically have poor track records when it comes to LGBTQ+ inclusion. Some faith communities currently oppose LGBTQ+ rights and perpetuate harm to the LGBTQ+ communities. This history and these current realities pose a challenge for faith communities who want to establish themselves as inclusive and affirming places. In this workshop, Jeannie Gainsburg, author of The Savvy Ally, will share her favorite tips from the second edition ofher book for creating an LGBTQ+ welcoming faith community.
