Creating an ESP account

IMPORTANT: Please only register for this training if you have an IHSS provider or case number and have not created an online timesheet account. Your registration will be cancelled if you already have an Electronic Services Portal (ESP) account.

This training is available to Riverside County IHSS Recipients (or their Authorized Representative) and IHSS Caregivers to help guide you with creating your IHSS Electronic Services Portal (ESP) account for the very first time. Having access to ESP allows you to manage timesheets online, access messages from the IHSS program and submit documents to your social worker. Caregivers can also sign up for direct deposit and submit live-in certification documents once the account is created.
