Creating a medical binder can help you be your best advocate and quickly access your medical history and needs such as diagnostic reports, test results, provider lists, prescriptions, and precautions and other paperwork.
This is a hands on workshop, members are encouraged to bring binders with them.
*binders are not included please bring your own binder to the workshop.
