About this Event

Create Your Will. Protect Your Legacy.

Creating a will is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your family, but many people never complete one, or don’t realize what’s still missing even after it’s done.

This free, hands-on community workshop is designed to help you create your will from start to finish in one sitting - with guidance, printing, organization, and on-site notarization available.

This is an execution workshop.

By the end of the session, you will walk out with:

  • A completed will
  • Printed and organized documents
  • Your documents signed and notarized on-site
  • Clear next steps for protecting your family’s legacy

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is ideal for:

  • Parents with minor children
  • Homeowners and business owners
  • Individuals who do not yet have a will
  • Anyone unsure if their current will still works for their life today

No prior legal or financial knowledge is required.

What This Workshop Covers

During this workshop, we will:

  • Explain what a will does and what it does not do
  • Walk you step-by-step through completing a standardized will
  • Provide time and support to complete your documents
  • Print, organize, and notarize your will on-site

We will also introduce the concept of a Legacy Roadmap because while a will provides instructions, a full legacy plan ensures those instructions actually work when your family needs them most.

What To Bring
  • Please bring a laptop or tablet so you can follow along and complete your documents during the session. Phones are not recommended.

Notarization Details (Important)
  • On-site notarization will be available for attendees who wish to complete their documents during the workshop.
  • Notarization is optional and requires a $20 fee ($30 for couples), payable on-site.
  • A valid photo ID is required for notarization.

Please note: Space is limited to ensure a hands-on, guided experience. Registration is required.

Important Notice:
This workshop is educational and facilitative in nature. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or individualized legal recommendations. Participants will be guided through completing standardized estate planning documents using an online self-help platform. For legal advice or complex estate matters, attendees should consult a licensed attorney.
