Step into a world of imagination and creativity in this magical, hands-on workshop where you’ll design and build your own whimsical fairy door using natural and mixed media materials.
Perfect for both beginners and creative spirits of all ages, this fun and relaxed 2-hour class invites participants to craft an enchanted doorway inspired by woodland magic and storytelling. Using sticks, moss, stones, pebbles, wood textures, and decorative embellishments, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind fairy door full of personality and charm.
Participants can also create tiny fairy windows, miniature ladders, and other magical details to enhance their enchanted scene, plus make a miniature mushroom using a champagne cork to complete the whimsical look.
No experience is necessary—just bring your imagination! Lindsay Agnew will guide you through the creative process while encouraging personal expression, creativity, and playful storytelling through art.

All supplies and materials provided
Natural elements and mixed media embellishments
Fairy door materials, tiny window-making supplies, and mushroom project
Your completed whimsical fairy creation to take home.

Ages 12 and up.

Lindsay Agnew is an artist, designer, and founder of Studio Agnew with 15+ years of creative experience. A lifelong artist who began oil painting at age six, she later studied at Ringling College of Art & Design and worked as a former Environmental Graphic Designer for Walt Disney Imagineering. Registration includes admission to the beautiful gardens before or after class.

Participants must withdraw from classes at least 5 days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit.

Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
