Create Your Own Sea Glass Ornaments

Dive into creativity with this hands-on workshop led by local favorite artist Caasi of Caasi Lee Designs, known for her stunning ocean resin pieces. Now it’s your turn to craft your own!

Using UV resin, you’ll learn how to make layers to create TWO beautiful, one-of-a-kind ornaments, perfect for gifting (or keep for yourself!). Start with a clear acrylic base and build layers with sand, tiny sea glass and an assortment of accents. 

A live demo will walk you through the process before you get started on your own project.

All materials are included in the workshop fee.

About the Artist

Caasi is a lifelong creative, born into a family of Makers and now known for her vibrant ocean resin art that blends the cool calm of the Pacific Northwest with a hint of tropical flair. She lives in Gig Harbor with her husband, 12-year-old twin boys, and their Cavalier King Charles pup, River. Nearly two years ago, Caasi and her business partner, Salena Ausburn, opened Local Whimsy, a charming boutique on Gig Harbor’s historic waterfront. What began as selling her work at markets and local shops has grown into a community-centered space built to Gather ~ Create ~ Shop. Inside Local Whimsy, you’ll find a curated selection of locally made goods and small businesses, all rooted in creativity and connection.
